Every Maps-of-War animation is available for download so that you can play it on your own computer, even without an internet connection.
Maps are provided in Flash SWF Format (.swf).
Make sure your computer is able to read these files. If not, you must install a .swf player.
To download a specific map, click on its "download" icon, shown as:
When a file download window pops up, choose "Save to Disk" and click OK.
Save the .zip file to one of your local directories, such as "My Documents."
Unzip the file, and you're done!
Every Maps-of-War animation provides special HTML “embed” code so that you can show it on your own website or social media page.
To embed a specific map on your own site, you must copy all of the “embed code” (located below each map) and paste it into the HTML of your site (anywhere between the <body></body> tags).
